چکیده
Aeromonas hydrophila is a mesophilic motile aeromonad present ubiquitously and causes high number of fish mortalities particularly in India along with various intestinal extraintestinal diseases humans. In this study, total 88 samples their processed products were screened by PCR targeting species-specific 16S rRNA gene, the virulent genes such as aerA, hly ahh1. The findings study showed that 36.36 % harboured A. which 51.61 %, 71.87 78.12 isolates possessed hly, ahh1, respectively. phylogenetic analysis using AP-PCR assay suggested five different clusters organisms prevalent among degree (> 95.00 %) lineage. conclusion, it may be presumed raw pathogenic serve reservoir/ source infection to human beings.

Molecular analysis of genetic differences between virulent and avirulent strains of Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from diseased fish.
Aeromonas hydrophila, a normal inhabitant of aquatic environments, is an opportunistic pathogen of a variety of aquatic and terrestrial animals, including humans. A. hydrophila PPD134/91 is defined as virulent whereas PPD35/85 is defined as avirulent on the basis of their different LD50 values in fish. Suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was used to identify genetic differences between ...
متن کاملConstruction of vaccine from Lactococcus lactis bacteria using Aeromonas hydrophila virulent Aerolysin gene
In this study the forward and reverse primers were designated to amplify the segments (~250 bps and ~650 bps) of the gene coding domains 1 and 4 of aerolysin of Aeromonas hydrophila. These two domains are involved in pathogenesis of the aerolysin gene. Sequences for two restriction enzymes, Pst I and Hind III, were included in the forward and reverse primers respectively. These restriction enz...

Phenotypic and genetic diversity of motile aeromonads isolated from diseased fish and fish farms
Samples from the kidney of 100 diseased fish with signs of haemorrhagic septicemia and 50 samples from outlet water of fish farms were taken aseptically and cultured. In the laboratory, 75 colonies of gram-negative bacteria were biochemically diagnosed as motile aeromonads in our Bacteriology Laboratory Unit using API 20E rapid identification system. The genotype identification using specific p...
متن کاملPresence of blaTEM-116 Gene in Environmental Isolates of Aeromonas Hydrophila and Aeromonas Jandaei from Brazil
It is known that Aeromonas spp. possess different chromosomal β-lactamase genes. Presence and phenotypic expression of bla TEM, bla SHV, and bla CTX-M ESBL-encoding genes were investigated in environmental water isolates of Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas jandaei. Presence of bla SHV and bla CTX-M genes was not observed, and bla TEM gene was verified in 91% of the isolates. Sequencing of 10 ...
